Carl Amari had all mine pulled from here. It was a bogus claim i am sure. All episode scripts were renewed on the same date in 1986 as "New Matter" I have 88 episodes i think are pd and 2 that might not be.

The question is are you willing to take on the DMCA takedown that will follow?

I'm not going to risk it man! Me, you, and plenty of others has worked to hard for this website to be shut down because of some bogus claims.. Btw. Is there a way that I could get the 39 episodes that you have that I do not have? :D

My thought on this is that the Suspense TV show would not be the first item given an unlawful DMCA takedown notice. For example, someone put up a bogus DMCA claim for Plan 9 from Outer Space. Video Cellar reposted with a clear notice of the copyright status:

http://www.archive.org/details/Plan_9_from_Outer_Space_1959

In addition, sometimes interest in pursuing these claims is based not on legal rights, but on economic interests. The Suspense TV series was last put out in 2009.

The big danger, perhaps is that the claimant also claims to control the rights to several other PD Television series (i.e. Dangerous Assignment and Man with a Camera) and if their attention is drawn to this site, they may start taking down those episodes.
